    About 30 years ago, I saw Lol Coxhill playing live in a library one lunchtime. Stunning. I'd never heard anything like it.

    I've never seen Coxhill live unfortunately. I was on my way to see him at the All Ears festival in Oslo a couple of years ago, but something got in the way.
