A newspaper in Bergen,Norway, has been focusing on street art in the city. Some people believe this little picture of Hitler ("The beast of Berlin") is made by BANKSY. Anybody out there who knows for sure?

Yes, it's probably him, he's been to bergen making artwork for some festival, so it's not unlikely.

Thank's for answering. Now some people claim it is Bergen's own artist DOLK. Let's hear it from one of them :-)
OK it is DOLK, and its called "Waitler"
