There's a blogpost on Robert Wyatt's Radio Rai 3 recordings from 1981, "Radio Experiment Rome, February 1981", on the Italian blog "
I've always wanted to be a gangster". Does this mean that the recordings will be released in a proper and legal way? The name of the blog might indicate that this is not the case of course! Anyone know?

Yes, that recording is going to be released in a proper and legal way by the Tracce label, owned by Rai itself (Rai is the Italian public broadcasting company). The Italian blog "I've always wanted to be a gangster" is the blog of Goodfellas distribution company and they are announcing that release 'cause they are the new distributor of Tracce.

Thank you! Great news
Just known that the official release date in Italy is June 12th, 2009.
I don't know when it will arrive in other countries but some of the following websites (where it's in pre-order and where you can also find some details in English or Japanese) say mid July:

My advice is: order it directly from the Goodfellas website, where it's cheaper and you can get it one month before:

Thanks again, Ill copy the comment to Wyatting: svennevenn.blogspot.com.
ine. The only problem -- discovered yesterday -- is that the minimum accepted order at
http://www.goodfellas.it/mailorder/
is of 13 euros, while Wyatt's cd costs 12.90 euros. So, you,ll have to browse through the Goodfellas distribution catalogue to choose some more stuff, if you want to order from them...
