Frode Haltli´s new album "Vagabonde Blu" is
released in Norway by Hubro 26 September(2014). For one reason or the other the rest of the world has to wait until 27 October, but I´m sure it will be worth the wait.
On this album the accordionist plays works by Salvatore Sciarrino, Arne Nordheim and Aldo Clementi live in Emanuel Vigeland´s Tomba Emmanuelle in Oslo, a room famous for it´s acoustics.

I'm one of those listeners not in Norway who is wondering why the international community has to wait an entire month for the release. The Sciarrino sample is really nice, at least, but I can't wait to hear the whole rest of the thing. It's already such a different sound than the ECM release Looking on Darkness, which I think doesn't always benefit his playing.
If you still buy CDs Tiger of Oslo ships out of Norway too. Great record shop! http://www.tigernet.no/item/140332--frode-haltli--vagabonde-blu--cd
